Program, a feature available for Radio Mobile Apps & Websites, is available as an Addon for all mobile plans and a built-in component for radio websites. You can purchase this Addon for mobile plans by logging in to your account and clicking Get Addons.

This article will help you edit your Program for both your website and mobile apps.

Once Program is activated in your subscription, a new element, named Program, will appear in your Admin Control Panel that will allow you to view all radio programs, create new ones, modify their details, rearrange their order in your mobile apps & website and perform various other actions.

The first view will allow you to have a complete and holistic view of all your radio programs. Here, you can search for specific items by typing all or part of their name in the search box, sort them in descending or ascending order, modify their status and change their order priority in your mobile apps & website.

Visiting program in your control panel enables you to dynamically perform changes in both your mobile apps and website.

It is conveniently separated in sections to allow you to have full control on what info you want to be displayed on each platform.

To begin with, you need to set a name for each program. This name will not be displayed to your audience - it is intended only for internal use. An alias will automatically be generated based on the name you set; all aliases must have unique values.

The title, image, short & long description, starting & ending program times are common in both mobile apps and website. Text editors are equipped with numerous tools allowing you to create compelling and rich content. Experienced users can switch to HTML editor at any time, in order to insert custom code.

If you have added extra languages to your plan, you can specify different, titles, long & short descriptions for each one.

Please note that regarding mobile app images, you need to make sure not to include spaces or any special characters to the name of the images you upload. Moreover, it is recommended not to upload landscape photos and use square ones instead.

Website

Here, you can enable or disable social bookmarks; buttons that allow users to share the program to social media or add it to their bookmarks.

Metadata Tags

Besides, the metadata of each program page can be set. Metadata tags are keywords and phrases that describe the contents of the page allowing search engines e.g. Google to understand what each page portrays. In case you have added more languages to your plan then different metadata tags can be set for different languages. Feel free to learn more about metadata tags in our relevant article.

Mobile

In Mobile section, you can specify for which mobile stations each program will be displayed, in case a Network mobile plan is active.

Moreover, you can add any URLs you wish to be displayed in each program. URLs, can lead users within or outside the app and can be created in the relevant control panel section.
