What is an Addon?

Addons are extra features you can add at any time to your mobile applications & website in order to increase their functionality and enrich your users’ experience. 

Notice that our Addons are not sold separately, an active mobile or website subscription is required and they have a purchase price and a yearly renewal cost.

We have also set up a section within this Help Center dedicated to Addons and their features.

Golden Addon

Addons can be bought separately or bundled together for a discount, by getting our Golden Addon which is available on all our mobile and full pack plans.

Please mind that Golden Addon is not available on individual website plans.

Moreover, with Golden Addon, every new Addon released will be added to your main plan, upon the yearly renewal of your subscription, without any extra cost. 

How can I activate an Addon?

You can easily view all the available Addons for your plan and activate them by visiting your account and clicking the "Get Addons" tab. 

Besides, by clicking the "Addons" tab within your account you can view all active and expired Addons and renew them, if they have expired.

How can I cancel an Addon?

Navigating to the "Addons" tab you may also cancel them at any time by filing a cancellation request.
