Charts, a feature available for Radio Mobile Apps & Websites, is available as an Addon for all mobile plans and a built-in component for radio websites. You can purchase this Addon for mobile plans by logging in to your account and clicking Get Addons.
This article will help you edit your Charts for both your website and mobile apps.
Once Charts are activated in your subscription, a new element, named Charts, will appear in your Admin Control Panel that will allow you to view all chart items, create new chart entries, modify their details, rearrange their order and perform various other actions.
The first view will allow you to have a complete and holistic view of all your chart items. Here, you can search for specific items by typing all or part of their name in the search box, sort them in descending or ascending order, modify their status and finally change their order priority in your mobile apps & website.
Each chart item consists of the artist name, song title and a URL that will lead users directly to it upon click e.g. the song's YouTube music video.
Please note that an alias will automatically be generated based on the name you set; all aliases must have unique values.
Regarding order priority, note that the chart item with the biggest order priority number will be displayed higher in your chart. For example, a track in a Chart containing 20 songs, will need to be assigned the number 20, so that it can appear first and the number 1 in order to be ranked last.
The following tutorial demonstrates how you can create your Chart and modify each track's song title, artist name & URL by using your Admin Control Panel.
Please note that some of the features and options displayed in this video might not be available or active in your plan.
