Subscription Renewals

All our subscriptions (mobile apps, websites, addons) have a purchase and a yearly renewal cost. Renewing your subscriptions is essential in order to keep your applications updated to the latest stable version, get all the new features and receive technical support throughout all the year.

How can I view and renew a subscription?

You can easily view all your subscriptions and renew the expired ones by visiting your account.

In case you have set up and approved recurring payments during the initial purchase of your plan then your subscription will automatically be renewed. In any other case, you will need to manually renew it. by using any of our payment methods.

There is no need to remember each plan's expiry date; Looksomething delivers email notifications upon their expiry and up to 22 days afterwards.

How long does the renewal process take?

The renewal process will commence 7 days after a successful payment is made and it will take up to 15 days to be completed; however, this is only an estimate. Once completed, your applications will be updated to the latest stable version, if any, with all the new features and fixes.

Can I request any changes to my applications?

What is more, you can request changes to certain elements that cannot be modified using your Admin Control Panel, for free. However, you need to make sure all required info is sent to info@looksomething.com in time, at least 10 days before updating begins; in any other case, an Instant Update will need to be performed.
