Looksomething provides refunds for all payments only if the refund request is made within 7 days from the payment date.
However, refunds will not be provided:
If a refund request is made on the 8th day from the payment date
In case mobile applications are not approved from application stores due to the clients' fault (e.g. copyrighted graphics, content & data etc.)
