Plan Upgrades

Looksomething provides various plans for each solution with different features & functions that cater to every need and pocket. You can perform an upgrade at any time by visiting your account.

How much does an upgrade cost?

The payable amount for each upgrade is automatically calculated, taking into account the following parameters:

  1. the purchase price of your current plan

  2. the purchase price of the plan you are upgrading to and 

  3. the unutilised time of your current subscription

How long does an upgrade take?

Your applications will be upgraded to the selected plan and updated to the latest stable version, if any, without being unpublished during the process.
Upgrading your applications will commence 7 days after we receive a successful payment and it will take a maximum of 15 days to be applied; however, this is only an estimate and it will most probably be completed earlier.

Can a downgrade be performed?

Proceeding to a downgrade manually is not possible. In order to do so, you will have to reach us on live chat or email us at info@looksomething.com. Downgrading your applications will take a maximum of 15 days to be applied; however, this is only an estimate and it might be completed earlier.

Notice that no refunds will be given in case a downgrade takes place.
