Disqus is a worldwide blog comment hosting service various including various features, such as social integration, social networking, user profiles, spam and moderation tools, analytics, email notifications, and mobile commenting.
Disqus comments can be enabled to all mobile apps and websites that have General Views activated. You can either enable them globally or individually by accessing each General Views item.
However, you will first need to create a Disqus shortname and then enter it on Settings section, within your Admin Control Panel. Make sure to also activate comments from the same section.
Log into Disqus. In the Home screen, click the gear icon and select Add Disqus to Site.
Follow these steps to create your Disqus shortname:
Scroll down and click Get Started.
Select I want to install Disqus on my site.
Enter your website or mobile app name, which will serve as your Disqus shortname (you may also pick a different shortname) and select a Category from the drop-down menu.
Click Create Site.
Select Squarespace.
Copy your Disqus shortname and paste it in Settings, within your Admin Control Panel.
