Your Control Panel allows you to view key metrics for your mobile applications and website such as total downloads per platform, sessions, pageviews etc.
However, you can view far more detailed statistics by using Google Firebase; all you have to do is provide us with a valid Gmail address so that you can gain access to your Firebase account.
Regarding mobile apps, in order to see your total app downloads you have to visit “Analytics” and select “Audiences”. Notice that you have to set the date range, including the time period of your interest.
This report provides data such as the total number of users and the most popular devices, operating systems, countries etc. Use these reports to explore how often and where your mobile apps are installed or for example how successful certain marketing campaigns are in attracting users.
Regarding websites, Google Analytics approach is to show high-level, dashboard-type data for the casual user, and more in-depth data further into the report set. Google Analytics analysis can identify poorly performing pages with techniques like funnel visualization, where visitors came from (referrers), how long they stayed, their geographical position etc. while also providing more advanced features such as custom visitor segmentation.
You can find more about Google Analytics by visiting GA Help Center.
